Graciela is a photographer and artist that lived in the Yosemite area for almost two decades. NOW in santa cruz, graciela has broadened her homescape and moves freely around california.

Through her photography, Graciela intends to show how the sun sees people, how it reflects the beauty of these mountains and hills, how they reveal themselves to us, on us. 

Academically, Graciela pursues two degrees: Environmental Studies and Critical Race & Ethnic Studies, constantly searching for the space that connects, the space between.

At the core of Graciela’s motivation in portrait photography is comfort and community. Their desire through their work is for us to be here together, to feel at home in eachothers presence. with over 7 years of experience in portrait taking, graciela has prioritized genuine, warm, and open communication throughout their practice.
